Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, guiding product selections, and performing brow and facial services in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license, excellent guest service, and strong teamwork. The Arch Expert collaborates with store teams to meet performance goals, maintain safety standards, and participate in brand trainings and in-store events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law
• Experience in makeup application and waxing is preferred
• Proficiency with beauty service equipment

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and suggest products and services.
• Perform brow bar services (brow waxing, tinting, threading) according to policy.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of Brow Bar and surrounding areas.
