Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize in-store Benefit brand sales by delivering personalized guest service, waxing and tinting services, and product recommendations.

You will perform brow and facial waxing, makeup applications, skincare analysis, and manage appointments while upholding safety and brand standards. A relevant cosmetology license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience with makeup applications and waxing preferred.
• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform brow waxing and facial waxing, tweezing, and tinting.
• Provide makeup applications and skincare analysis.
• Greet guests, determine needs, and recommend products.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events.
• Maintain hygiene and comply with policies.
