Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize sales and guest satisfaction in the Benefit brand. You will perform makeup applications and brow services, engage guests, and support events while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have esthetics/cosmetology licensure, strong sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment with excellent guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup application; waxing, tweezing, and tinting preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Strong sales and guest service skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and service goals for the Benefit brand.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform brow bar services including waxing, tinting, tweezing, and lash applications.
• Book appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in the Brow Bar area.
