Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience with makeup application and brow/facial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, tailor services, and recommend products.
• Perform brow/bar services including waxing and tinting.
• Book appointments and manage Brow Bar schedule.
• Maintain hygiene and brand compliance across the Brow Bar area.
