Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing waxing and tinting, and delivering exceptional service on the Brow Bar. This role requires an esthetics or cosmetology license and a passion for guest experience.

You will drive revenue through makeup applications, product demonstrations, and event support while maintaining high standards of sanitization and compliance across the store. Flexibility for a dynamic schedule is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Must have active cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and lash applications following policies.
• Book guest appointments and manage scheduling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stocking of Brow Bar area.
• Support in-store events and promotions with Brand partners.
