Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize sales in the Benefit brand by delivering high-quality Brow Bar services and personalized guest experiences. You will perform waxing, tinting, makeup applications, and product demonstrations, while booking appointments and contributing to in-store promotions.

The role requires a cosmetology or esthetics license where required by law, strong customer service, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup applications, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting preferred.
• Strong sales, product knowledge, and guest service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and threading.
• Provide makeup applications and skincare analysis to guests.
• Book appointments and manage service flow to achieve sales/guest-service goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
