Scoot Education is seeking substitutes in Brooklyn & Queens, NY to supervise and support students in classrooms, playgrounds, or cafeterias and to foster a safe, respectful learning environment.

You'll follow lesson plans left by teachers, manage routines, communicate with staff, and leave feedback for returning teachers. A Bachelor's degree or college credits, background checks, and three references are required, with paid training and weekly direct deposit available.

Daily Pay Range:

Pay will vary forday-to-day assignments and is typicallymore for long-term placements.Pay varies by certification, school, and assignment.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, associate's degree or college credits
• Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor
• State & federal background checks

You’ll Stand Out If You:

• Passion for education and putting students first
• An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to be the best you can be
• Have a teaching credential/certificate or 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit
• Have previous experience in special education settings
• Are bilingual and/or have bilingual teaching experience
