• Ensure packages align with engineering, procurement and budgets.
• Maintain adherence to corporate policies and site procedures.
• Develop site staffing and organizational requirements.
• Monitor estimates, budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability and interfaces.
