Topaz HR is seeking a hands-on Field Property Coordinator to inspect multiple Brooklyn residential properties, liaising with tenants and documenting conditions. You will travel between sites, report maintenance needs, and help maintain property standards with a professional on-site presence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit 2–3 residential properties daily across Brooklyn neighborhoods.
• Conduct routine property inspections for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Photograph and document conditions, maintenance issues, and work orders.
• Provide on-site tenant communication and issue resolution support.
• Assist with lease signings, move-ins, and general inquiries.
