Concern Housing in Brooklyn is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and operational setup of the agency’s Brooklyn & Bronx properties. The Property Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of the organizations properties with regards to site management and maintenance.

The position requires coordinating inspections, managing vendor contracts, and supervising staff, with a Monday–Friday schedule 9am–5pm. Salary: $62,000/yr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years in property management.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating inspections, compliance, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sites pass HUD/REAC/OMH inspections; prepare documentation for inspections.
• Enforce program rules with the Program Director and Building Superintendent.
• Oversee make-ready process and unit turnover; ensure timely readiness.
• Conduct site inspections with PM and Program team as needed.
• Manage service and building contracts; process purchase orders.
• Maintain files for warranties and service contracts; monitor vendor performance.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, moves, inspections, and appliance/equipment issues.
• Remain current with agency compliance documents and trainings.
