Jobot partners with a growing Real Estate Management Group in New York to hire 3 Field Supervisors for multiple residential sites. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and proven field supervision experience. Spanish-speaking candidates are required.

Salary is $65,000–$85,000 per year with immediate hire and quick interview process. You will oversee crews, run reports and meetings, ensure quality maintenance and timely repairs across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential maintenance, construction and property repairs.
• Spanish speaking a must.
• Proven ability to lead a team/crew of workers.
• High integrity and professional conduct.
• Smartphone proficiency (photos, forms, DocuSign, messaging) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews across multiple sites.
• Run reports and conduct team meetings.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance meet quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with property managers.
