LeoForce is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee residential maintenance and property repair teams across multiple sites in New York. The role requires senior-level experience, strong leadership, and bilingual Spanish communication to coordinate crews and client interactions.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate high integrity, smartphone fluency for on-site reporting, and the ability to run regular reports and lead meetings with the management team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in residential maintenance, construction and property repairs.
• Spanish speaking a must.
• Proven ability to lead a team/crew of workers.
• Strong integrity and reliability.
• Proficiency with smartphone apps including photos, forms, DocuSign and messaging.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Ability to run reports and lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on residential site projects and ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate tasks, inspect work, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Run site meetings and prepare/ present progress reports to management.
