The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure on-time progress, accurate documentation, and proper budgeting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and make informed decisions.
• Ability to collaborate and able to work well within a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Supports new store construction, remodels, renovations, and facility improvement projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinates with contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, landlords, store operations, and internal departments on project requirements and timelines.
• Tracks construction schedules, project milestones, inspections, punch-list items, and project closeout.
• Maintains project documentation, including contracts, proposals, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, permits, drawings, warranties, and insurance records.
• Assists with contractor/vendor bidding, proposal comparisons, and scope-of-work coordination.
• Tracks project costs, invoices, purchase orders, and change orders and follows up on discrepancies.
• Coordinates construction-related permits, inspections, utilities, equipment, fixtures, signage, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work as needed.
