The Center for Justice Innovation in the Bronx is seeking a Violence Interrupter Supervisor for the Save Our Streets Bronx Program. You will supervise a team, coordinate canvassing, and ensure timely documentation to prevent violence and retaliation.

Responsibilities include community outreach, organizing responses to shootings, and building relationships with high-risk youth. Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends; compensation ranges from $31.04 to $37.08 per hour, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and in community safety preferred.
• Ability to manage a large number of diverse tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Violence Interrupters in Morrisania, Bronx.
• Coordinate canvassing schedules and staff presence in the neighborhood.
• Maintain documentation of all contacts and incidents; report to supervisors.
