Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center’s University Behavioral Associates (UBA) in the Bronx is seeking an Outreach Specialist for the HERO Dads program. You will recruit, engage, and enroll fathers, co-parents, and couples into services designed to strengthen father-child relationships and economic stability.

You will build and maintain partnerships across the Bronx, coordinate intake, and track enrollment data in CRM systems while working with program staff to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse communities.
• Experience with digital outreach or social media preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, engage, and enroll fathers and families into HERO Dads.
• Build relationships with Bronx community partners and coordinate intake.
• Maintain data in program databases (nFORM, Excel) and report weekly.
• Collaborate with the team to meet enrollment targets and CQI goals.
• Deliver outreach through on-site events and digital channels.
