Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking experienced Payroll Assistants/Payroll Processors for a large hospital in the Bronx, NY. You will handle payroll processing, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain payroll records across multiple systems.

Strong 2+ years' experience and proficiency with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, and ADP are highly valued. This 100% onsite role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work a split shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, and ADP strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Background in payroll, accounting, or HR is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, including wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, tax withholdings, and garnishments.
• Calculate retroactive pay and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Reconcile payroll and timekeeping records.
• Maintain employee records and enter data into payroll and HR systems.
• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and tax reporting.
• Respond to employee payroll questions while maintaining confidentiality.
