Job summary

Aon’s Early Careers Launch Development Program invites soon-to-be and recent graduates to become Brokers across Commercial Risk and Reinsurance. You will learn how brokers help clients understand risk, navigate markets, and craft structured insurance programs, serving as a credible intermediary between clients and insurers.

As a Broker, you will gain hands-on broking experience, develop market knowledge, and leverage AI tools to support risk assessment and client value.

Qualifications

• College Seniors graduating between Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk exposures using data, analytics and market insights.
• Prepare market submissions, renewal materials and client deliverables.
• Engage insurers and underwriters to secure competitive pricing and terms.
• Coordinate renewals and review contracts for smaller placements and account activity.
• Build client relationships and translate complex risk information into actionable recommendations.
• Support placement workflows across broking, analytics, operations and global partners.
