Aon is seeking recent graduates to join its Early Careers Launch Development Program as Brokers across Commercial Risk and Reinsurance. You will learn how brokers help clients manage risk, design insurance programs, and act as a credible intermediary between clients and insurers.

Responsibilities

Analyze risk exposures using data, analytics and market intelligence; validate results across coverage lines.
Conduct market analysis to benchmark pricing and identify coverage gaps; support program recommendations.
Prepare market submissions, renewal materials, placement documentation and client deliverables; engage insurers and underwriters for competitive terms.
Build client relationships and advisory skills; translate complex risk information into actionable recommendations.
Coordinate broking workflows across teams; review documents for accuracy before markets or clients.
Identify opportunities to improve broking processes and client delivery.
