Job summary

Longbridge is building a next-generation AI investing app designed to help everyday investors learn, build confidence, and take action. The Customer Support - Brokerage role serves as the frontline for securities account holders across chat, email, and phone, addressing deposits/withdrawals, statements, and general account servicing.

You will identify potential fraud or compliance issues, contribute to knowledge base, and help onboard new hires as the team scales in a startup, regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, ideally in fintech or regulated financial services.
• Basic knowledge of securities or crypto markets preferred.
• Comfort following structured, compliance-driven procedures.
• Ability to de-escalate and explain financial concepts clearly.
• Attention to detail in a regulated environment.
• Licensing such as Series 7 or 99 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline point of contact for securities account holders across chat, email, and phone
• Provides support for account inquires, deposits/withdrawals, statements, and other general account servicing topics
• Identity, flag, and elevate potential fraud, security, or compliance-relevant issues per internal procedures
• Contribute to and help maintain the team's knowledge base articles, desktop procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Support the onboarding and training of future hires as the team continues to grow
