Job summary

Empower is hiring a Premier Brokerage Associate to deliver exceptional service to retail clients via inbound calls, assisting with trading across equities, ETFs, mutual funds, options, and fixed income. You’ll handle account openings, asset movements, and maintenance needs while upholding regulatory standards.

The role requires Series 7 & 63, FINRA fingerprinting, and 2+ years in customer service, preferably financial services, with a strong ability to multi-task in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or a high-volume inbound call center.
• Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to Empower’s retail customers while clearly explaining concepts.
• Assist clients with trading of Equity, ETF, Mutual Fund, Options and Fixed Income securities in an inbound call center.
• Manage a wide array of service requests including account opening, asset movement, trades, and maintenance needs.
• Deliver an efficient client experience with proactive follow up and accurate information.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transactions and regulatory requirements including Corporate Actions and Tax Implications.
• Uncover leads and hand off to Retirement Advisor Team to drive new business opportunities.
