This hybrid role partners with Compliance, Legal and Product to drive improvements and ensure high-quality service. The role requires FINRA licenses (7/24/53), strong leadership, and deep knowledge of brokerage operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and digital tooling.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7, 24 and 53 licenses required.
• Experience leading service or operations teams within brokerage or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of brokerage and mutual fund products and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead service and operational performance by setting team priorities and monitoring goals.
• Provide principal oversight, reviews, and assist in audits and compliance.
