You will lead ~11 operations professionals handling Transfer of Assets and Account Maintenance for brokerage and mutual funds, ensuring timely, accurate service and compliance. As a Registered Principal, you will coach staff, drive performance, and partner across Service, Agency, Product, Compliance and Legal to solve complex issues while advancing continuous improvement and digital
Qualifications
- FINRA licenses 7, 24 and 53 required.
- Experience leading service/operations teams in brokerage or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain brokerage concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Lead service and operational performance by setting priorities and monitoring goals.
- Provide principal oversight with reviews, workflows, and audits.
- Develop talent through coaching and career development.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital innovation using automation, AI tools and other methods.
- Collaborate with partners across functions on wealth management initiatives.
