New York Life seeks a Brokerage Operations Manager for NYLIFE Securities, overseeing ~11 operations professionals responsible for Transfer of Assets and Account Maintenance for brokerage and mutual fund accounts. The role ensures timely, accurate service for Registered Representatives and clients in a hybrid setting.

The Registered Principal will align priorities, monitor controls, and develop staff while partnering with Compliance, Legal and Product to advance digital solutions and process

Qualifications

• FINRA licensure and ability to supervise brokerage operations.
• Experience leading service/operations teams in financial services.
• Knowledge of brokerage and mutual fund products and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with continuous improvement exposure.

Responsabilités

• Lead service and operational performance by setting team priorities and quality standards.
• Provide operational oversight through reviews and reporting; support audits and complex cases.
• Develop talent through coaching and career development initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital innovation across processes and the customer experience.
• Collaborate with Service, Agency, Product, Compliance, Legal and other partners on initiatives.
