Job description


The Operations Analyst is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with the opening, funding and on-going maintenance of discretionary managed, fee-based accounts, as well as self-directed accounts. Under limited supervision, this job understands the regulatory/compliance policies associated with the brokerage business and understands the financial impacts associated with operational and trading responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Initiates money movement requests and/or processes account opening transactions.
  • Deposits client funds into the correct account.
  • Performs various account maintenance processing/updates as directed by supervisor.
  • Communicates requirements to open, fund and maintain a TIAA brokerage/managed account.
  • Completes brokerage operation activities in a timely manner and at established productivity levels.
  • Understands the regulatory requirements to open and maintain a brokerage/managed account.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

2025-05-22 Base Pay Range: $21.15/hr - $31.35/hr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
