The wage for this position is between $65,000 - $82,000

The Role

Join the innovative and dynamic Guidant Financial team as a remote Sales Operations Specialist! In this key role, you will enhance our sales operations by managing data and generating insights in Salesforce. You will also lead training on process improvements, ensuring best practices are adopted for efficiency. Your responsibilities include supporting operational tasks to ensure seamless sales activities, with a focus on data ownership and process enhancement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Evaluate and communicate key sales metrics to support leadership in developing strategies
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Identify training needs and manage weekly training sessions
  • Collaborate to design and implement Salesforce reporting solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy through audits and corrections
  • Manage data structures, hierarchies, and permissions within Salesforce
  • Support sales forecasting and strategic planning with data insights
  • Train end-users on Salesforce reporting and best practices
  • Perform administrative tasks such as workflow management and communication
  • Maintain and update Salesforce architecture and tools
  • Manage incentive programs and review sales contracts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency in databases and spreadsheets
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment
