Stifel is seeking a Client Services Associate to support Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts and records, while performing a wide range of administrative tasks.

You will handle client communications, document collection, and recordkeeping, and may enter trades as directed by Financial Advisors. This role requires strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced financial-services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Required: 2 years clerical/related industry.

Aufgaben

• Assist Financial Advisors with opening and maintenance of client accounts and records.
• Perform administrative duties including word processing, mailings, filing, answering phones.
• Obtain approvals for FA communications and advertisements.
• Provide customer service and may enter trades as directed by FA(s).
• Provide quotes and account-related information to assist clients when appropriate.
• Provide reports and information to FA(s) as requested.
• Identify situations that need escalation to FA(s) or Branch Manager.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by FA(s) or Branch Manager.
