Job summary

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of professional sales experience, ideally within transportation or 3PL. You'll collaborate with a team, negotiate rates, and use RXO processes to ensure on-time, cost-effective load execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of professional sales experience.
• 2 years in transportation or 3PL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads through trusted sources and cold calling.
• Negotiate with customers to secure profitable rates and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop knowledge of rates, carriers, load capacities, and equipment types.
• Update internal tracking and reporting systems to maintain sales metrics.
