Velocity Flex is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to handle e-blasts, flyers, site plan updates, and other materials. You’ll primarily support the Landlord Representation team, with additional support for 1–3 other brokers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent organization and communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner and primary contact for brokers and clients.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables in a high-volume setting.
• Support proposal responses related to transaction management.
• Prepare flyers, RFPs, LOIs, reports, invoices, and recurring materials.
