As part of the creative team, the Marketing Coordinator will provide our brokerage professionals with marketing support in connection with commercial real estate listings and other business pursuits. Day to day activities will include the preparation and distribution of property brochures and eblasts, updates to company marketing materials, assisting in the completion of monthly marketing reports, and periodic updates to agent social media sites and bios.

This position will be located in the Company’s office in Mechanicsburg, PA, with the opportunity for one day per week of remote work.

Responsibilities

1. Using advanced graphics, mapping, demographic and other software programs design, update or maintain:
1. Property Brochures
2. Eblasts
3. Property Websites
4. Pitch Books & Presentations
5. Signage
2. Set up and attend brokerage open houses
3. Assist individual agents with social media
4. Prepare Monthly and Bi-Monthly Marketing reports- pulling stats from CoStar, Crexi, Loopnet, and Mailchimp
5. Coordinating with brokers/agents to effectively promote Industrial, Office, Land, and Retail properties
6. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Proficient/Advanced in Adobe InDesign – a plus if knowledgeable in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro.
2. Proficient / Advanced with MS Powerpoint and Word
3. Knowledge of or ability to learn Mapping applications, Buildout and MS Excel
4. Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
5. Workplace experience in a role supporting multiple teams.
6. Strong attention to detail with good proofreading and editing abilities.
7. Good oral and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects to deadline.
