Job summary

California Plans is seeking a results-driven Sales Producer to drive revenue growth by converting leads into health plan enrollments. You will manage the full enrollment cycle for individual and family health plans, cross-sell effectively, and expand the agency’s book of business.

Operate with our tech stack (Zoom Dialer, HighLevel CRM) to guide clients quickly, clearly, and empathetically. A California Life/Health license and Covered California certification are required, with AHIP optional but

Qualifications

• Active California Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license required.
• AHIP certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Active Covered California Agent Certification or ability to complete prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Make 60–80 calls daily to generate enrollments and maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Close high-volume sales with fast-paced handling of objections and rejections.
• Navigate Covered California portals and subsidy calculations to maximize enrollments.
