The BRM is responsible for hosting & coordinating (in cooperation with the local market team) all training opportunities for Broker Partners in the market, along with virtual/remote webinars etc. You will also work closely with Broker Relationship Executives and other BRM’s to support national and regional Partners to ensure there is a consistent Broker experience throughout all markets.

Ability to lead and train a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools and build relationships with communities and medical providers
High level of self-motivation and the ability to accomplish goals independently

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$70,000 - $95,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a commission incentive plan.
