Job summary

Compass International Holdings is seeking a strategic Director of Network Success to optimize revenue growth and lead conversion across the Anywhere Leads Network of brokers and agents. You will drive data analytics, coach brokers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and performance.

The role requires strong leadership, outstanding communication, and a proven ability to manage a geographically distributed network in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience leading a geographically distributed broker network in a data-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, especially in virtual settings, to coach programs and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Foster transparent, trusted relationships with Brokers and Relocation Directors across the Anywhere Leads Network.
• Achieve or surpass closing targets for Corporate Relocation, Partner Program, Web Leads, and broker-to-broker referrals.
• Create and implement coaching frameworks to drive broker performance and network productivity.
• Maintain optimal coverage by recruiting high-performing brokers and agents.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching meetings to analyze data and set improvement goals.
• Collaborate with Brokers and Relocation Directors to assess metrics and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Utilize data analytics tools to ensure broker accountability and address issues.
• Increase adoption of lead programs, products, and technology through coaching and education.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and retain high-impact brokers to strengthen the network.
• Oversee broker start-ups, mergers, promotions, suspensions, terminations with proper documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with Data Insights, Product, Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments to improve operations.
• Partner with Senior Director to evaluate broker relationships and take action when necessary.
