Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of 200+ mid-market accounts, focusing on retention and growth, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  2. Conduct in-depth account reviews, tailor solutions to meet customer needs, and negotiate contract terms for long-term growth.
  3. Identify and prospect new business opportunities within existing accounts for expansion.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal product utilization and customer satisfaction.
  5. Achieve quarterly net new revenue and account retention goals, while effectively forecasting and managing sales pipelines.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in mid-market segments.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate multi-year contracts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on relationship building and customer-first solutions.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and executive presence skills.
  • Experience with CRM and cadence software (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach) is advantageous.
  • A college degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary with an OTE of $113,000.
  • Commission-based earnings tied to monthly targets.
