Ferrara is seeking a Broker Manager Southeast – Grocery East to develop and lead growth initiatives with key broker partners across the Southeast region, including Chicago. The role partners with SSCM, Sales Finance and Demand teams to hit published performance guidelines and trade budgets.

You will manage 9 planning accounts, build long-term relationships, communicate product knowledge, and drive strategic planning to unlock regional growth while aligning with Ferrara's core values and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent confection industry experience.
• 4+ years of sales account responsibility preferred.
• 2+ years Grocery Channel sales experience preferred.
• Location flexible but within territory (MI) or Chicago.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as required.
