Job summary

Sidecar Health is seeking a talented events professional to own end-to-end conference planning and execution. You will manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site logistics for broker-focused events across the U.S.

Travel up to 30% is expected, with heavy activity in peak quarters. You will build broker collateral, support marketing campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, RSMs, and the CMO’s office to drive pipeline and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event planning or marketing coordination.
• Proven vendor negotiation and budget management.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Strong written communications for broker/RSM audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end conference calendar and budgets.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for activations and swag.
• Manage on-site logistics and staffing at events.
• Lead capture, RSM handoff, and follow-up cadence.
• Maintain broker collateral library and assets.
• Support marketing campaigns and tools as needed.
