Job summary

PURE Insurance is seeking an analytical Analyst, Broker Channel Optimization to grow and sharpen our broker distribution. You will partner with Distribution, Field Sales Leadership, Underwriting, and Analytics to identify opportunities, optimize engagement, and deliver actionable insights that drive performance.

With 1+ year in data analytics or insurance, you will build dashboards, monitor pipeline health, and translate data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 1+ years in data analytics, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and visualization tools to analyze and present data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze broker, office, territory, and producer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Support broker channel optimization by evaluating market opportunities, broker engagement, and distribution footprint.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and insights for leadership decisions.
• Conduct broker portfolio analysis to identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and share of wallet.
• Partner with field sales leaders to monitor pipeline health, conversion trends, and business development activity.
• Support broker segmentation efforts and evaluation of differentiated growth strategies across broker populations.
• Measure the effectiveness of distribution initiatives, programs, and strategic investments.
• Develop analytical recommendations to improve sales productivity and broker performance.
• Collaborate with technology, analytics, and business teams to improve data quality and self-service insights.
• Prepare presentations and executive-ready materials communicating findings and recommendations.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support strategic decision-making.
• Document metrics, methodologies, and reporting standards for consistency.
