Responsibilities

• Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards.
• Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention.
• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales.
• Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team.
• Team sales and individual sales duties.
• Database management and growth of your division.
• Coach and train agents in building productive real estate businesses.
• Mentor and support agents in building productive real estate businesses.
• Provide guidance on contracts, negotiations, and transaction management.
• Lead coaching conversations and promote accountability within the office.
• Continue growing your personal production through lead generation and client relationships.
