ELITE is seeking a Broker Associate to expand leadership experience, mentor agents, and continue building personal production while earning rewarding commissions.

You will work with agents at different stages of their careers, helping them strengthen business planning, prospecting, client communication, lead generation, follow up, and daily activities, while growing your own client relationships and network within a collaborative, accountable office environment.

Qualifications

• Real estate license required.
• Broker's license or ability to obtain one.
• Sales experience.
• Superb customer service and communication skills.
• The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents.

Responsabilités

• Develop onboarding resources for new agents and deliver training that supports consistent team performance
• Collaborate with leadership on strategies to improve agent satisfaction and long-term engagement
• Support agents with marketing collateral and help execute creative digital and social campaigns to boost visibility and sales
• Manage the day-to-day operations and systems that support your team’s success
• Drive team production and performance goals
• Maintain and grow your personal sales pipeline
• Maintain and organize your team’s contact and client database
• Expand and scale your team’s presence within the organization
• Provide ongoing coaching and skill-building support for agents
