This role drives production performance through placement of insurance solutions, client relationship management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The core function of this role centers on balancing individual production with team contribution, including supporting workflow execution, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to business growth and retention.

The annual base salary for this position is $150,000.00
