Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up broiler station daily with all tools and ingredients
• Broil and grill meats, seafood, and vegetables to order per guest specifications
• Use high-heat techniques to achieve correct sear, texture, and flavor
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
• Coordinate with sous chefs and kitchen staff for smooth service
• Assist with daily prep, specials, and event service as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or equipment issues
• Close duties include cleaning equipment and restocking
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
