Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Master the operation of the Host, Archtics, and TM Sales ticketing systems.
• Stay informed about event details, such as ticket prices, discounts, restrictions, and seating configurations.
• Stay up-to-date on Broadway information throughout seasons.
• Sell Broadway season tickets, process exchanges, and payment plans.
• Become well-versed in seating charts and configurations of assigned locations.
• Handle transactions using the appropriate ticketing system accurately.
• Accurately process payments and ensure transactions are approved.
• Collect patron information and send tickets digitally.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing patrons' needs positively.
• Reconcile funds from ticket sales at end of each shift.
• Maintain precise records of all transactions.
• Uphold confidentiality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
