Job summary

The John Gore Organization in Boston is seeking a Broadway In Boston Representative to manage our Information Table at every Broadway performance. The BIB Rep greets patrons with an outgoing, engaging presence, answers questions about Broadway In Boston and our current season, and encourages ticket purchases for the 2026-2027 Lexus Broadway In Boston season.

Availability is nights and weekends at Citizens Opera House or Emerson Colonial Theatre.

Qualifications

  • Experience in patron facing customer service roles.
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
  • Knowledge of theater and Broadway, Lexus Broadway In Boston season.

Responsibilities

  • Be a model representation of the Broadway In Boston brand at our shows.
  • Engage with patrons attending our Broadway performance.
  • Answer patron questions about Broadway In Boston, our current season, and our season subscription program.

Summary The Broadway In Boston Representative is a customer service professional and is our patron liaison at our Broadway engagements. The Broadway In Boston Representative will manage our Broadway In Boston Information Table at every Broadway performance. The BIB Rep’s duties are to greet patrons with an outgoing and engaging presence, answer frequently asked questions about Broadway In Boston, and encourage patrons to purchase tickets to our 2026-2027 Lexus Broadway In Boston season. This position will be nights and weekends during our 2026-2027 season shows. Availability for all or most performances is preferred. Engagements will be at the Citizens Opera House or at the Emerson Colonial Theatre in Downtown Boston. Availability on nights and weekends is required.

  • Answer patron questions about Broadway In Boston, our current season, and our season subscription program.
