Job summary
Cuez is seeking a Production Technologist who can blend broadcast engineering, solutions architecture, pre-sales, field service and training. You will be the technical bridge for news-centric productions, traveling across the US to deploy and support our cloud-based automation platform.
Based on the US East Coast or Midwest, you’ll align with our Belgium HQ to ensure follow-through and timely live broadcasts.
Qualifications
- Experience in a newsroom or news control room with hands-on knowledge of newsroom systems.
- Ability to design architectures and rollout plans from client workflows.
- Comfort presenting technical demos to editorial and engineering leaders.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the US for installations and support.
- Ownership approach to onboarding and following up until live.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client workflows and translate needs into concrete milestones.
- Lead technical demos for decision-makers and support RFIs/RFPs.
- Install, troubleshoot, and support现场 handovers during go-lives.
- Apply newsroom and automation knowledge to improve workflows.
- Own onboarding for US customers and collaborate with dev teams.
- Train editorial/technical teams to maximize product usage.
- Provide field insights back to product and engineering.
