Job summary

WICS/WRSP/WBUI, serving the Springfield markets, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant with strong written and oral communication skills. This is a full-time role supporting Account Executives and Station leadership in preparing and processing TV and digital advertising orders.

You will create PowerPoint presentations, manage databases and generate sales and revenue reports, while handling administrative duties and contract management with precision.

Qualifications

• :Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• :Learn to perform work using Wide Orbit traffic and media sales systems, Matrix CRM, MediaLine, Ad Connections, Google Analytics and Outlook.
• :Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• :Strong analytical ability and understanding of data-driven systems.
• :Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• :Able to work directly with clients on resolving issues with professionalism and patience.

Responsibilities

• :Input and maintain TV and Digital advertising orders, including revisions due to program changes.
• :Efficiently work with the team of Account Executives and Station leadership.
• :Effectively work with sales team in obtaining creative materials and generating support materials for local/digital sales presentations, events and business reviews.
• :Creation of PowerPoint presentations, database management, sales and revenue reports.
• :Various administrative duties, campaign fulfillment and contract management.
• :Other responsibilities as assigned.
