Job summary

WTVA is seeking an organized, detail-oriented sales support assistant to work with the Sales Team, entering and tracking advertiser orders, creating campaign briefs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

This role provides exposure to a respected North Mississippi media group within Gray Media, with opportunities to develop in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, detail-oriented with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience in sales or advertising is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Team with campaign details and organization.
• Enter and maintain advertiser orders in our Sales system.
• Create support documents for advertiser campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate with managers and colleagues to deliver high-quality service.
