Apple Valley News Now in Yakima, WA is seeking a smart, organized administrative assistant to support the Sales Department. You will coordinate promotions for our broadcast, digital and social platforms, prepare client-ready materials and assist Account Executives with campaign logistics.

You will handle data entry, reporting, schedule management and communications with clients and staff, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of media assets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
• Able to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities; team and independent work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute promotional campaigns including contests for clients and the station.
• Coordinate inter-office communications to deliver campaigns and media assets.
• Provide general administrative assistance to Sales leaders and account executives.
• Partner with Account Executives to create presentations.
• Create recaps for campaigns including air checks, screen shots and video recaps.
• Communicate professionally with clients daily; act as solutions provider.
• Maintain Wide Orbit Media Sales inventory and data.
• Assist NSM with political file duties and executive tasks as needed.
• Enter orders for digital and traditional (Wide Orbit) sales.
• Maintain spreadsheets, calendars and reports for Sales.
