Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; related education is a plus.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, sales support, or broadcast/media is preferred.
• Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic and Wide Orbit Media Sales is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, email, and other business software.
• Willingness to learn broadcast sales systems and processes quickly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial and customer information appropriately.
• Dependable team player who can provide reliable back-up coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Local Account Executives with daily administrative and sales-related needs.
• Enter, revise, and maintain advertising orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process and coordinate make goods and other schedule adjustments.
• Assist with resolving order discrepancies, missing information, scheduling issues, and other client/account needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders.
• Communicate with Account Executives, traffic, programming, and other departments as needed to ensure orders are executed correctly.
• Assist Account Executives with reports, account information, and sales-related projects.
• Help monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items to keep accounts moving efficiently.
