TelevisaUnivision is seeking an Account Coordinator in New York to assist Account Executives with transactional tasks and data entry. The role requires accuracy, detail orientation, and strong communication as you interact with TV stations nationwide.

You will collaborate with the sales team, traffic, finance, and collections, reporting to the Regional Account Coordinator Supervisor. Salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required and related sales/advertising experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Exposure to order entry systems and any other media research tools.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives in transactional efforts and data entry.
• Support the TV sales team, traffic department, finance and collections teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Regional Account Coordinator Supervisor.
