Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking an experienced Help Desk/Desktop Support professional to join the Production Technologies team in Los Angeles, supporting day-to-day enterprise technology services for broadcast and creative workflows. You will help with incident resolution, asset management, and on-site support for studios and offices.

You will perform OS imaging, software deployment including Creative Cloud, and provide after-hours/weekend support as needed in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
• Experience with IT service management and hardware/software deployments.
• Knowledge of networking and enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provides production/creative workplace support including incident resolutions.
• Asset and patch/upgrade management for production PCs and devices.
• Performs infrastructure maintenance tasks.
• Conference room support.
• Performs user administration and access control.
• Responds to outages and coordinates with teams to troubleshoot.
• Organizes office moves and asset reallocations.
• OS imaging and maintaining platform standards.
• Preventative maintenance on systems and equipment.
• Application deployment/management including Creative Cloud.
• Event support and printer support for studios and offices.
• On-Air afterhours/weekend support as scheduled.
