Qualifications

• Associates degree or related training in Broadcast Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work with staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for staff computers, servers, and software.
• Assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of broadcast and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure on-air reliability.
• Maintain data storage, backups, and system security practices.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams; document processes.
